You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment, they must be in original condition.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

We only deliver the the UK.

  • Standard Delivery 5 - 8 days £3.50 for small orders up to £50, or £4.50 for large parcles over £50
  • Express Delivery 2 - 5 days £6.50

Pre-order dates are not a guarantee as we are reliant on our suppliers but please be assured that we will dispatch your items as soon as they arrive with us.

As an environmentally conscious business and in order to minimise our carbon footprint, Unless you specify we may despatch all items together once your complete order is in stock. 

If you require separate deliveries you must submit two separate orders.

Ordering Glass

Due to the fragile nature of these items, it is inevitable that breakages will occasionally occur during transit. Whilst we are always happy to replace damaged items free of charge, please bear with us and allow a reasonable time for us to issue a replacement. Breakages must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Disappointed - Substandard production methods used to create vase

When I first received this vase, I was very pleased with the shape and look of it. However on closer inspection, it had what looked like small grey lumps of paint on the neck of the vase.

When I rubbed these marks to try and remove them, the brown colour came off the vase, revealing a patch of clear glass.

It obviously wasn't a brown glass vase that had been created from brown glass, it was a clear glass vase that had been sprayed brown with a non-permanent paint.

I was very disappointed that such a cheap, shoddy method of production had been used and dread to think of the toxic spray that has been used.

It has put me off buying anything else from this company.
