You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment, they must be in original condition.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
How to submit a return request?

We only deliver the the UK.
- Standard Delivery 5 - 8 days £3.50 for small orders up to £50, or £4.50 for large parcles over £50
- Express Delivery 2 - 5 days £6.50

Due to the fragile nature of these items, it is inevitable that breakages will occasionally occur during transit. Whilst we are always happy to replace damaged items free of charge, please bear with us and allow a reasonable time for us to issue a replacement. Breakages must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
